Daily Training
6 am Road work. David, my trainer heard me come out and we started our day. 6 miles…..
The first thing was to plan our route. I wanted to show David how to make some money and where the running club was. At one mile we realized that we generic for avodart had no money and no water.
At 2 miles I saw a The BlackLable Lounge on Decater and ran in for water and Stacy gave us a shot.. cool, clear…. water…
What fun…. There was a group of russians that wanted to buy us drinks and be social….
David didn’t want to use his boxing skills so we kept running ……
Mile 3 we hit the Jack-in-the box amd met Alan… a champion marathoner and we talk about water…. 1 tablespoon per mile was his advice….
After I showed David where the running club meets he took off and I slowed my pace to smell the roses and plan the next leg….
7:30….. Breakfast and cleaning the apartment….
Also putting together my tools……. Recorder, Camera, and access to my computers
